🔄 Exchange Policy

• We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchange is subject to product availability.

❌ Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong product received.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Products without original packaging or tags.
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
3. Once approved, we'll arrange for pickup or provide shipping instructions.
